Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Authorization: By completing checkout, customers authorize JovanPet to charge the selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay and other supported gateways) for full order amount including product price, applicable sales tax, shipping & handling fees. All payments are processed via PCI DSS compliant payment processors per US financial regulations.
2. Sales Tax: JovanPet collects applicable state & local sales tax based on destination address per US economic nexus tax rules (South Dakota v. Wayfair standard). Tax rate auto-calculated during checkout.
3. Pre-Authorization: Temporary pending pre-authorization may hold funds on customer’s card before order fulfillment; pending holds are released by card issuers per banking rules if order is canceled before shipment.
4. Billing Dispute: Any billing error or unauthorized charge inquiry must be submitted via contact info below within 30 calendar days after order charge date. JovanPet will investigate and process correction/refund within 7 business days upon valid proof.
5. Late/Unpaid Orders: Orders with failed payment will be put on hold for 3 business days; pending payment not completed within window leads to automatic order cancellation without further notice.
6. Price Modification: JovanPet reserves right to adjust listed prices without prior notice; confirmed paid orders will not be retroactively re-priced upward.
