Shipping Coverage


We ship to all contiguous United States (Lower 48 States); Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam etc.) have extra remote area surcharge calculated at checkout. International shipping not available temporarily.

Processing Time


All in-stock orders process & ship within 1–3 business days after verified payment cleared (exclude weekend & US federal public holidays). Per US FTC rule, if unable to ship within 30 days, we notify buyer and provide full refund option voluntarily.

Delivery Transit Time (Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx domestic)


  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch;
  • Expedited Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (premium shipping rate applies).

Shipping Fee Calculation


Shipping cost auto computed at checkout based on item weight, package dimension and delivery zip code; free standard ground shipping available for order subtotal over designated threshold (shown on store homepage).

Lost/Damaged In Transit Parcel


  1. Damaged upon receipt: Customer must provide clear photo proof within 48 hours after package delivery, we arrange replacement or full refund after carrier claim confirmation;
  2. Lost shipment: We assist customer file shipping insurance claim with courier; pending carrier compensation result we offer store credit or alternative solution.

Delivery Address Error


Incorrect shipping address submitted by buyer leads to return-to-sender, reship cost borne by customer; address revision after order shipped cannot be guaranteed.
