Customer can cancel unpaid order anytime before shipment; paid orders pending dispatch cancellation allowed via customer service contact; shipped order follows our return policy rule only.

JovanPet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages caused by third-party courier delay, manufacturer supply issue, force majeure (natural disaster, government policy restriction etc.) per US commercial law. Our maximum compensation cap equals original order paid amount.

All disputes between customer and JovanPet governed under Utah State, USA civil law; unresolved disputes first go through friendly negotiation before small claims court proceeding at Salt Lake County, UT local court.

JovanPet reserves right to revise these Terms of Service, updated version posts on jovanpet.shop policy page and takes effect immediately after online publication, continuous site usage equals acceptance of revised terms.
