Return & Refund Policy – JovanPet | Valid for all orders from jovanpet.shop

Eligible Return Window


Customers may apply for return within 30 calendar days after delivery date per US Mail/Internet Order Merchandise Rule; items outside 30-day window are non-returnable unless product factory defect confirmed by JovanPet inspection.

Return Item Requirements


  • Goods must be unused, original intact packaging, complete accessories, no artificial damage from customer misuse;
  • Perishable pet food, customized personalized pet supplies, clearance final-sale items, hygiene pet care products are non-refundable & non-returnable (US common retail standard).

Return Shipping Cost Rule


  1. Defective/ wrong-item delivery by JovanPet error: We cover full return shipping cost and send pre-paid return label to customer;
  2. Voluntary customer return (size mismatch, personal dislike): Customer bears all outbound & return delivery fees, original shipping cost from initial order is non-refundable.

Refund Processing


Once returned parcel received and inspected at our warehouse (150 S Main St, North Salt Lake, UT 84054):

  • Approved full/partial refund will be issued to original payment account within 10 business days; bank processing delay from financial institutions is out of our control.
  • Rejected return (damaged, missing parts): Item will be shipped back to customer at customer’s cost or discarded per customer written instruction.

Exchange Option


Instead of refund, customers may apply for product exchange after return approval; new item will ship after original item arrives at our warehouse, additional shipping may apply for size/type upgrade.

How to Initiate Return


Contact support: +1 8015739187 or support@jovanpet.shop to get official return authorization number (RA#), RA# mandatory for all returned parcels (no RA# package will be refused receipt).
